JOHN WORSHAM, 3rd -------?, 1751, Henrico Co., (Virginia) In the name of god amen I John Worsham do ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following, First I give and bequeath my soul to almighty God who gave it hoping through the merits of our Blessed Savior and redeemer Jesus Christ to receive remission of my sins and my body to be buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named. As for my worldly goods which it hath pleased God to bestow on me I give in manner and form following. Item I give to my son Joshua Worsham my negro man Will Item I give to my daughter Phebe James, my negro woman Betty, and my girl Ginney and items Item I give to my son Thomas Worsham, all my lands on the third branch of Swift Creek, my negro man young Sims, and at death my negro men old Sims and Lankston and items. (NOTE these 3 men are not listed in the index that I sent) Item I give to my grandson John Worsham, son of John Worsham dec'd all my lands on Flintons Swamp; likewise my two lots of land where my father's house stand in the town of Bermuda Hundred All the rest divided between my three children Joshua, Phebe and Thomas
